The westbound Queen Elizabeth Way at Winston Churchill Boulevard along with the southbound lanes of Highway 403 at Upper Middle Road in Oakville have reopened following a police investigation.
The Toronto-bound lanes were unaffected, as the OPP’s Burlington Detachment investigated a “sudden death ” at Royal Windsor Drive.
Both roadways were initially expected to reopen by 4:30 p.m., however, that was pushed back due to an “unforeseen delay.”
